Managing Partner
Meet Jayson Burgess, one of our managing partners here at Living Stones Property Ventures, LLC. Jayson has been in the corporate world for over 25 years with an array of experience in Construction. From working in the field for a general contractor to managing several projects at one time from an owners standpoint, he has experienced most things when it comes to construction. In addition to real estate investing, Jayson has a passion for golf and watching their kids compete. Whether it’s in the classroom, jiu jitsu grappling mat or on the soccer pitch, he loves seeing their kids grow through competition. He loves being able to teach them about real estate investing and building a legacy for them.
Lisa Burgess
Managing Partner
Meet Lisa Burgess, one of our managing partners here at Living Stones Property Ventures, LLC. Lisa has been in the corporate world for over 35 years serving in various roles over the years in the Construction Service Industry and she has had her Real Estate License since 2009. She and Jayson decided to start this business venture to build a legacy for their family. In addition to Real Estate investing, Lisa has a passion to give back to Veterans and First Responders. In her Real Estate business, Lisa is an Associate Broker at eXp Realty LLC and is also a Homes for Heroes Affiliate, because her desire is to bless and give back to those who have selflessly fought for our country and protect our communities. They have three children, all of whom contribute to the business in some capacity, whether it be through family demo days or social media and marketing. Lisa loves the Lord, her family and has a heart to serve.

Our kids are also a part of our business. Deuteronomy 6:6-8 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” We believe this with our whole heart, so teaching them young about hard work, managing time, managing finances, how to be a loyal employee and ultimately how to be a boss everyone wants to be like is all part of that training. So we work side by side to learn and grow together.
